1.Screen printing

Screen printing refers to the use of silk screen as a plate base,and through the photosensitive plate making method,made with characters of the screen.Using the basic principle that the graphic part of the screen plate can be printed through ink,and the non-character part of the screen can not be printed through ink.When printing,pour ink into one end of the screen plate,apply a certain pressure on the ink part of the screen plate with a scraper,and move at the other end of the screen plate at a uniform speed,and the ink is squeezed from the mesh of the graphic part of the scraper to the silicone button in the movement,and then bake dry at high temperature through 180°infrared.

2.Hollow screen printing

Hollow screen printing is actually the same principle as screen printing,but screen printing is the basic principle that the character part of the screen can be printed through ink,and the non-character part of the screen can not be printed through ink.Hollow screen printing is the reverse,the character part can not be through the ink,the non-character part can be through the ink,so that is hollow screen printing.This process is also designed to allow the characters on the keys to pass through.

3.Radium carving

The radium carving process is usually to spray a layer of ink on the surface of the transparent silicone button(the color of the ink according to customer needs),and then use the radium carving equipment to carve the ink on the surface of the silicone button according to the shape and size of the character,so that the position of the character is ink-free to achieve light transmission,and the position outside the character is opaque.Therefore,under normal circumstances,it is necessary to have the requirements of light transmission of silicone keys to consider the use of radium carving process,because the operation of radium carving process is complex,and the unit price of silicone keys by radium carving process is higher.

4.Mould engraving

Mold lettering refers to the character engraved when the key mold is done,and the character and the key are formed as one.There are also two kinds of lettering,one is the font convex,the other is the font concave,these two lettering methods can be,depending on the customer like that effect.Compared with the previous screen printing,hollow screen printing,radium carving fewer processes,lower cost,the effect is also good.
